Hey Mo,

I hear you about the outsourcing. For me the biggest frustration is with customer service. Two reasons, one because how crazy-making it is when the CS rep is reading from a script. There's no room for negotiation or satisfaction because unless the response is pre-written, it's not available! They're just as stuck as we are because they have no choice if they want to keep their job. Argh! It's like dealing with preprogrammed robots.

The second is because that's exactly what I used to do for a living! So these truly are jobs someone just like me would no longer have available.

Yikes.

It's a crazy world and like you, I'm still trying to make sense of it all...

Doll, thank you for joining my small group. Before long we'll be the biggest and best group on the site, then maybe the Internet, then there's the world to think about, Also maybe even the Universe! Nothing wil limit you, me, my group from doing it, mainly becauese we are hustlers and go-getters. The sky's the limit. On second though we are not LIMINTED by anything at all.
