Hello One and All

I joined because I wanted to be amung authors and get some inspiration, ideas and help. I might be more the reader but I think every reader has a bit of a writer somewhere in them that peeks out from time to time. Recently I've been possessed with a need to write things down, start stories. In fact I've begun more then one at one time because of that need to write when the inspiration hits, but I jump from one topic/title to another which makes it hard to finish things sometimes. Anyhow, thats me. I'm here to learn about you, and how you've accomplished all you have. I'm the newbie so feel free to offer advice. I need it! And I'd be grateful.

Hi Newbie and welcome. As we're told by famous authors, reading is an important component of writing. And you're in a good place to learn. We have some awesome writing teachers in the group.

Hello April! Welcome to the group. You know, a lot writers start off jumping around while they explore what they want to write. Once you find something you like, commit to one page at a time until you get it finished. It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it!
