Opening Day, which is the second in
the Matt Davis Mystery Series. If you would like a PDF file of the book to read (and hopefully review). Please let me know, and I will get it to you.

Origin of the Grim Reaper" bloggery from someone named Robert Weniger, who said:
You Plagiarist. I posted the exact words and you copy/pasted it from my website.
Um . . . What??
I love Wordpress and all the statistics and information one gets! Besides email addresses from commenters, wordpress…

I did not come up with that great title for this bloggery, my host today, L.V. Gaudet, did. (Since you are all familiar with the title of my new book,
Daughter Am I, I know you get the gist.) I'm hoping everyone goes to pay L.V. a visit. She says such wonderful things about me, that I want everyone to know! And, oh, yes -- she's also posted an article of mine in which I say that it does not matter how long it takes you to write a novel or how many words you write each day. All that…

I was sitting at work one day, thinking about my dad who has been gone for more years than I care to count. All of a sudden my fingers started twitching and I wrote this poem. I like to think he was standing next to me when I wrote it. Perhaps a gift for the child within who still grieves.
I Love You Forever - Forever My Child
I am big and tall.
I am healthy and strong.
You are my world,
and I am yours.
My laughter rings in your ears

Though it is actually night here, it's still day ten of my
Daughter Am I blog tour.
The reference to night and day reminds me of one of those standardized tests I took when I was in second grade. The question was, "How many hours are in a day?" I knew, of course, that there were twenty-four hours in a day's span, but for some reason, I took the question to mean day as opposed to night. I knew that there were…

I’m in desperate need of a Halloween costume idea. This evening I had an epiphany–dress as one of the seven magical races from
RULING EDEN. Now I just have to figure out which one.
So let me know your vote and how I could creatively accomplish the feat:
1)Vampire 2)Shapeshifter 3)Faerie 4)Demon 5)Angel 6)Dragon 7)Witch
None of these are that unusual, except for the fact that my versions of them in…

Ghostwriting and copy-editing can be lucrative career choices for lovers of the written word. It can also be challenging and heartbreaking if you don’t follow the rules set down by those who have paved the way.
Writing, editing, and formatting a book is labor intensive. It not only takes time, it takes mental energy. For a full-time ghostwriter a novel can take 6 months or more. For a part-time ghostwriter, a year or more is reasonable. Ghostwriting can bring between $25,000.00 and…
