Theodocia Mc Lean runs a great service whereby she will create a superb page that features an author's work and is a great marketing and promo tool. She has taken information from all of my other websites and incorporated it into one awesome piece of work.

Actually, it has finally cooled down today in New England, but with temperatures hitting ninety-eight degrees in early June, it has me thinking about global warming. Add to that filling up my tank this morning at $4.04/gallon and I wonder sometimes how the planet is going to make it. We’re a pretty crunchy-granola part of the country in my little corner and going green is very hip here.
What does this have to do with writing? I’m getting to that, I promise.
So I was…

For those of you who are interested in reading an excerpt of my action/adventure novel,
The Samson Effect, here it is. Read on to see why New York Times bestselling author Clive Cussler calls
The Samson Effect a "first rate thriller brimming with intrigue and adventure." And remember,
The Samson Effect is soon to be a major motion picture.
And now....

Hello Everyone
I’m not a hundred per cent, but I felt that I needed to write to you to let you know that I’m still around and that when I wake up in a morning and find that I’m still able to have my cuppa, I’m grateful for another day on this wonderful world.
Well the past month has certainly been eventful for me. First I was informed that my new modernised electric wheelchair will soon be delivered, which is not bad seeing as I’ve only been waiting six months for…

Something just happened to me tonight that’s a scene right out of a B comedy movie. I went into the half-bathroom to check out the commode. It has been acting up lately and the tank doesn’t fill half the time. But, I figured out that if you jiggle the plastic bulb in back, then it starts to fill. It’s usually fine for a few days after that.
Now, the smart thing to do would be to replace the piece in the tank so that it’s permanently fixed, right? Not me. Every time it starts working…

Found something I thought would be fun to try, with a bit of modification to make it more interesting. Ready? Set? Here we go!
Book Meme:
1. Pick up your favorite book if you’re a reader; if you’re an author, grab your favorite book of all those you’ve written.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth complete sentence on that page. (Don’t count sentences that began on the previous page.)
4. Starting with that fifth sentence, post the next five…

One of the things always on my mind as an author is, "How do I get the message out about my book?" I am very frugal (Okay, maybe tight is a better word), but there are things you can do that don't cost much money. I am not saying that you shouldn't spend money on marketing, but I do want to highlight some cash-free ideas for you. I'll start things off with a tip that has been helpful to me as an author and as a professional internet marketer. Find authors, readers, and anyone else you can to…

My brother died yesterday…lung cancer. Four decades and change, is simply not long enough for anyone, let alone one so brilliant. He was one of those people so intelligent as to be a personal burden. Others simply did not “get” much of what he shared freely with them. And he had a roomful of books, CD’s DVD’s and personal writings of the most extraordinary quality containing the broadest of worldviews. He was to (finally) graduate from university this Saturday putting into the mainstream of…

"Don't be afraid to go out on a limb. That's where the fruit is." –H. Jackson Browne
Last weekend, hubby and I were jamming on guitars. It's something we love to do, sip a little wine and play our favorite songs. He paused and looked over at me, saying, "Don't hold back. Hit those strings like you mean it."
I needed the reminder. His next comment though struck home. "You need to let go of that tendency to ride the brakes all the time."
Bam. Wow. The…

Life seems to be running amok lately and all I can do is drink as much coffee as possible (because we all know Australia is where you get the best coffee...don't we?) and try to stay awake enough to get my work done.
Even with the Queen's Birthday long weekend in full swing, I still can't seem to be able to get the right amount of rest so as to have a fully functioning, happy day.
So if I owe you anything, didn't say hello when you did, or something other than that which…
