catherine james has a compulsive lust for books, vintage cameras, handbags, office products and striped socks, a passionate love of words, a disdain of capitalization to rival that of e.e. cummings, and an intense dislike for talking about herself. when not babysitting her father, hiding under the covers of her queen-sized bed, obsessively deleting spam from her inbox, or watching reruns of the golden girls, she (attempts) to write and publish stories in all manner of genres--except business and sports, since those topics cause blackouts from boredom. though currently residing with immediate and extended family somewhere along california's central coast, catherine fully intends to (some day) maintain a solitary existence amongst the rolling hills of the english countryside.
