I know what you mean. I would try to remember to listen, but it hit about the time I needed to get dinner on. There is not enough time in the day/night to do everything we need to do, especially with having to work!

How is your writing going? Anything new?

Oh...you have a 20 year old kitty? I'm sorry to hear of the health problems. I suppose that comes with age.

I have two who are only a year old each but it didn't take long for them to dig their way into my heart.

GREAT Review from Dark Divas for Michael's Flight!

I was thrilled Friday morning to open my email to a four diva review for Michael's Flight, Book 2 of the Descendants of Earth series! Aside from a great comment about my secondary characters who always seem to end up with their own stories, Diva Melissa had this to say:

<<<
Regan Taylor did a marvelous job of creating not one planet, complete with vivid descriptions and history of the inhabitants, but two planets, plus one or two more that were not described, but I did get to learn a l… Continue

Michael's Flight, Descendants of Earth book 2 is out and about!

Talk about a smooth prep and launch. It helped that I knew what the book was about and where it was going to go a few months before I started writing it -- Michael's Flight was my Nano write book for 2008! Nano has been such a good discipline for me because every year for the past four years I've done it and every year I've gotten a contract for that book.

With Michael safely on his way this week I started writing the Knight of Pentacles for eXtasy's Tarot series (www.eXtasybooks.com). At first… Continue

Ready for Launch - Michael's Flight, Book 2 of the Descendants of Earth series

Michael's Flight is due for release on July 15, a mere 3 days away! I had a lot of fun writing this story -- actually the fun began before I started it while working with my editor on Jason's Accord, Bea. Michael got his story because of all the questions she asked about him along with some gentle prodding to tell his story. Authors really do listen to readers (and editors. When someone likes a character enough to ask more about them, we try to give them their story and in this case Michael not… Continue
