In Darkness We Play

Five authors penning fifteen poems apiece - seventy-five poems lingering in the dark waiting for you to find them. The dark reveals what it wants ... without illumination ... without control ... without a hand to hold while you read.

Hello everyone;

I’m sorry I’ve been away for ages. I’ve been seriously ill since January, as well as working sixty plus hours a week to keep afloat. I’ll write more about some of this in a later blog, however, I wanted to share some truly exciting news with everyone.

Friday, I thought I would check Fictionwise eBooks to…

Many thanks for the link up, P.A. I’m looking at ways where we can help each other promote our material and ourselves. I suppose it begins with good communication. Did you have anything in mind in addition to this? I'm not that experienced in writing but I have a wealth of knowledge about people. This is the cover to my co-written book. You’d be welcome to post yours in my comments box or to the text facility on my page. All you have to do is ask :-)

Hi Patricia,
Sorry to hear about your injury. I recently had a damaged wrist and had to wear a splint and found it hard to type, so you have my every sympathy.

Thanks so much for the vote for 'The Nemesis Cell'. I really appreciate your support.

As for Mythica Publishing, I think I'm as excited about the project as Graeme, who owns the company. He was actually the first person to ever publish my work in print when he ran his own company in Malaysia. It's true to say that wihout him I wouldn't be where I am today with my books. He is also the man who does my wonderful cover designs. I think he's a genius.

When he asked me to be Mythica's Mystery/Thriller Consultant Editor I was very excited and was glad to accept the post.

If you take a look at their site at www.mythicapublishing.com you'll see that there is already a poetry book scheduled for publication. 'Of Aztecs and Conquistadors' by Juan Pablo Jlisco is acutally mine, as I write the poetry of Mexico under that name. Graeme, unlike many publishers is not anti-poetry, as even many of today's e-publishers are very much against publishing poetry as they think it won't sell, which of course it won't if they don't give it the exposure it deserves!
Graeme on the other hand is proud to be able to offer a different publishing house that he hopes will break a few moulds and give authors and writers who wouldn't otherwise get the recognition, see their work published and available for sale. Feel free to check Mythica out. As he says, he is concentrating on quality e-books to begin with but if the company grows as he wants it to, then print options will become available as well, all in good time. I'm very pelased to be able to be with him from the start on what I think might prove an exciting adventure.

Anyway, I mustn't babble on like this so I'll say thanks again for the vote and hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards and Happy Christmas again.
