Cozy Mystery Author Featured

Posted on September 4, 2009 at 3:18pm 0 Comments

I’ve interviewed local PNW author Norma Tadlock Johnson on my blog today Multi-published, she has a cozy mystery series, Donna Rose and the Slug War and Donna Rose and the Roots of Evil. Great titles, huh?! Stop by and leave a comment. Her books feature a "senior sleuth" and a budding senior romance.
Thanks,
Heidi

Radio Interview and "Feelings"

Posted on July 10, 2009 at 1:37pm 0 Comments

Hi,
I just finished another blog talk radio interview on Conversations Live http://www.conversationsliveradio.com The interviewer had some great questions and conversation points, and I had a good time!

Has anyone experienced the “but what is she really feeling?” question in writing? I’ve posted a blog about that subject today. http://heidiwriter.wordpress.com It’s something that I am STILL working on learning, after all these years of writing!

Many thanks for the link up, Heidi. I’m looking at ways where we can help each other promote our material and ourselves. I suppose it begins with good communication. Did you have anything in mind in addition to this? I'm not that experienced in writing but I have a wealth of knowledge about people. This is the cover to my co-written book. You’d be welcome to post yours in my comments box or to the text facility on my page. All you have to do is ask :-)

Hmm. Cool would be nice, but hard to achieve at the moment. Brain melting, fingers sliding off the keys.

I absolutely MUST read this book!!! I wrote a blog about rodeo and did some research on the champion cowgirls. So fascinating, and tough, too.

I'm in Seattle. jacquierogers@gmail.com Would love to interview you for Texty Ladies, if you'd be amenable to that.
