Profile Information

Are you a writer, reader, or other industry professional
Previously a researcher for an online news service dedicated to Latin American business, I am now officially unemployed and seeking new opportunities, preferably in writing. Hoping I can get a freelance writing career off the ground.

Originally from NY State, now living in Santiago, Chile.
If a writer, are you published, pre-pubbed, or self-published?
I have several articles published on Helium.com.
As a writer, what type of stories do you Write or Read?
I write non-fiction but I love to read historical romance, sci-fi, mystery, horror, pretty much anything I can get my hands on. (Hard to find books in English here.)
As a reader, what is your favorite genre, writer?
Historical romance
If you're an industry professional, tell us a little about your area of interest.
While my full-time job has me writing business reports, I prefer creative writing, human interest stories, blogging, and especially travel articles or about animal/pet issues.
How did you come to know about WRDF?

What is your first impression of our site?
Will let you know once I've browsed a bit.

Many thanks for the link up, Erin. I’m looking at ways where we can help each other promote our material and ourselves. I suppose it begins with good communication. Did you have anything in mind in addition to this? I'm not that experienced in writing but I have a wealth of knowledge about people. This is the cover to my co-written book. You’d be welcome to post yours in my comments box or to the text facility on my page. All you have to do is ask :-)
