This past week my oldest child left for two years to serve a mission for our church. Although he wasn’t called to the wilds of Africa or the hills of Europe, I am terribly taken with the idea of his potential f… Continue

Are you a writer, reader, or other industry professional
Almost all of the above. I'm a reader of almost any genre or topic as long as it's well-written; not too pious, not too proud. If a writer, are you published, pre-pubbed, or self-published?
Published in different markets for over ten years, two novels set for release April 2009 (and August) with Awe-Struck Books/Mundania Press.
As a writer, what type of stories do you Write or Read?
Historical romance with Age of Sail flavors; modern romance with Southern seasoning.
As a reader, what is your favorite genre, writer?
Tasteful, well-written romance, historicals, and adventure.
How did you come to know about WRDF?
Between the Lines
What is your first impression of our site?
It's alot like MySpace, only we're all loving the same things.
Do you have a website you'd like to post?

Danielle, I absolutely love your page. I have a thing for turtles. In my blog today I wrote about taking my dog greta to the pond to swim with the turtles.

Thanks Danielle for dropping by my webpage and giving me honest feedback. I truly appreicate it, because how else can we fix our mistakes if someone doesn't point it out? Obviously, I have a lot to change, plus cut down the chapters. However, how does one introduce the characters to not confuse the readers if they all make up the same big family? This is why my book is different somewhat from the norm. I guess I need to add more detail in the beginning or before they speak to make it easier for the reader to decipher. Again, many thanks for your comments. They helped.

Hi Danielle,

Thanks for your comment about my lemon curd recipe. I like to use it on scones, but it's good on just about any thing.

Have an awesome day,
