Thats right, NovelTea will have two more stories and then it will be all over. At first I was sad at the prospect and then I got excited. Not because I wanted to be done but because I knew I could write a great ending to the series.

WRDF launched in February of 2008 and its membership has grown steadily. I hope that means we are doing something right for our members.
We have some fabulously talented writers among us. I would encourage you to take a little time to visit a couple new pages each week. The photos, videos, blurbs, excerpts, bios, blogs, graphics, and I could go on and on, are super fun and so interesting. No one has an excuse to be bored on this site with so much to read and see.
I hope you’ve kept up with WRDF’S newest features, The Tipping Point Workshops, our contest announcement page, our bookmark giveaway page, and our free reads page. All are great promotional opportunities for writers and great fun for our readers.
Our book discussion club, LOST IN A GOOD BOOK, is going strong. We’ve had good participation and if you haven’t kept up with some of our adventurous discussion comments, you’ve missed the action.
We’ve also launched a new online newsletter, WRDF Online. Be sure to open and read your copy when it comes. You never know what you might be missing.
Lastly, you’ll notice a new WRDFCalendar Tab on your page. What a nice way to keep all our members notified of current and up-coming events. You’ll notice that Fridays are Guest blog days at Between the Lines. Why not take a moment, check the calendar, and reserve a couple of spots for yourself during 2009. Authors can donate a book for our Boatload Book Giveaway for December. Take advantage of our Spotlight Theater promotional package that debuts September 1, and our Front Page banner spots. We think we’ve accomplished a lot in our first six months and we’re just getting started.
We haven’t forgotten our readers. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and subscribe to our blog at Between the Lines to increase your chances of splitting a boatload of books in December. Take the opportunity to talk with your favorite authors, ask questions. You can blog and leave personal reviews of books you’ve read either in your blogs or as comments on author’s pages. - I read and write typically sweet stories. My favorite genres are historical, Inspirational, fantasy and suspense although I do dabble in writing young adult as well. Reading-wise: just about anything except erotic or horror. My favorite though would be romantic suspense, historical and inspirational.

The End of NovelTea
Thats right, NovelTea will have two more stories and then it will be all over. At first I was sad at the prospect and then I got excited. Not because I wanted to be done but because I knew I could write a great ending to the series.
I don't know what format the final two stories will come--one long novel or two short ones. I'm waiting to hear from my editor. But both stories are written and I'm very happy with them. :D Can't you see me grinning??

Book Revival

CAPA Nomination--Relationship Rescue
I'm excited to share than my Inspirational short story, Relationship Rescue, (published with The Wild Rose Press) has been nominated for a CAPA Award at The Romance Studio. In addition, Relationship Rescue has also been Voted Best Book of the Week by readers at LASR and it has been nominated for a P&E Award.
