First review in for "IT'S ALL IN THE JEANS"!
FIVE ANGELS FROM FALLEN ANGEL REVIEWS

Tory Richards can write a hot story! It’s All In The Jeans is a scorcher, with enough of a plot that it goes beyond being only erotic romance. Libby and Logan both show strong attachments to their grandparents, something that makes them both realistic. They make an agreement to come together for purely sexual reasons but both feel their attraction going to another level. Margaret and Vincent, two seniors who show there’s still life beneath white hair, are lovable to the point of distraction. I laughed with them and cried over them, but the tears were pure joy. Tory Richards has written a hot story that shows that love is a good thing, at any age!

"THE WOLF AND THE DOVE" by Kathleen E. Woodiwiss 1974

I can highly recommend this book, or any of Kathleen E. Woodiwiss's novels. I just recently re-read this story and found it was just as captivating and exciting as the first time I read it, 30 years ago. Set in 1026, Aislinn of Darkenwald is a beautiful Saxon princess conquered by the mighty Norman knight Wulfgar. If you enjoy historicals filled with adventure, treachery and love this story is a must read.

"SWEET SAVAGE LOVE" by Rosemary Rogers 1977

"Sweet Savage Love" was the first romance I read growing up. I was about 17 and a friend loaned me her copy. From that moment on I was hooked on books and romance! It was the story about Steve and Ginny. He took her virginity beneath a covered wagon while camped one night while traveling on a wagon train. They developed a kind of love hate relationship. During the course of the book they both had love affairs with other people, but they always ended up back in each other's arms. And of course, in the end they confessed their love to one another. If you like a romance where the two main characters aren't faithful to each other than this is a good read. It's a long story and has everything in it, fighting, adventure, sex, forced seduction, and a lot of swearing! LOL I looked it up and you can still find it on Amazon.com.

AGAINST THE ODDS gets TOP PICK at Romance Reader at Heart!

THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS: Against the Odds is outstanding fun. It's full of action, highly suspenseful, and wonderfully witty. Clint is my number one pick for "sexiest hero ever written." It's a Top Pick!

FIVE ANGELS from Fallen Angels Reviews

Reviewed by Moonluster, who said...Against the Odds is a fast paced and wonderful book. I was laughing and wiping tears at some of the things that Sarah and Clint were saying to each other. But I was also hot and bothered and fanning myself when these two got together sexually. D.A. Wallace has written a great story with danger and lust within its pages. Ms. Wallace, I will be looking for more of your books in the future to read. Thank you for a great story.

"WOW", July 15, 2008
By L. Tincher "Author" (Louisville, Kentucky) - See all my reviews

The word "WOW" doesn't even begin to describe the feeling correctly. I picked the book up, headed out to sit by the pool, started reading and did not put it down until I was finished. I must say, I'm glad I read it outside in the broad daylight. Brian does a fantastic job transporting you into the sick mind of a serial killer. Jack became as real to me as if I had met him in person. (I am very thankful that did not happen!) I highly recommend this book to the thriller lovers out there. It is definately not one for the faint hearted. I think this would make a "killer" movie. (Ok, bad pun)

A Study in Red is available from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Powells etc, or from the publisher in paperback or ebook at http://www.double-dragon-ebooks.com/single.php?ISBN=1-55404-524-X

Legacy of Lies by Cindy A. Christiansen My First Book with Wings ePress, Inc.

REVIEWS:

This novel by Cindy A. Christiansen is a book of non stop action that will surely be a page turner. With characters that entice and interest the reader and a plot that will keep you hooked until the last sentence, this is a must read book.

I was privileged to have the chance to read it before it was actually printed and I am pleased that I was able to be one of the first readers. This book is definitely worth the read and will leave you excited for books to come.

This book is enjoyable because of the characters actually being real to life, not the romantic hero that everything falls into place for. Katelynn the main character is a character that proves herself page after page, especially in the face of opposition brought forth by other characters like Walt and Millie, people purported to be her friends and family.

This book follows the journey of Katelynn as she tries to discover and reconcile her past with her father. To her dismay she finds that he is no longer alive and that she was blocked from all contact with him. For her this shocking discovery is only the beginning of new problems she must face to discover the reality of her past and live to see her future.

What did I really enjoy about this book? I really like the characters that grew and developed throughout the book. I liked the fact that they faced trials and problems like real people, and that they actually had weaknesses like real people. On a personal note I really enjoyed the small town setting that was masterfully represented giving the novel an even more realistic structure. Also the length of this book is just right. The author didn’t need to write an encyclopedia length book to give a great story.

Things that I didn’t like would actually end up as being a part of the enjoyable aspects of the book. I hated characters that were so hard headed. I wished that they would just grow up and realize what the real problem they faced was.

In a word this book is good. Overall well written and the start of a promising career for Cindy A. Christiansen.

I give it a rating of 4 out of 5. It is worth the read, especially for readers who don’t usually delve into the Romantic Suspense category.
This book will be published by Wings ePress (www.wings-press.com) and you can buy it from their website. Check it out!

Five out of Five Pawprints
A romantic suspense mired in the bog of deceit. A true chronicling of the damage done by lies. The author shows the pain and suffering inflicted by people who fail to realize keeping secrets causes damage, both to the liar and to the lied to. A young woman with a uniformed past tries to find the father she believed abandoned her when she was a child. Katelynn Dobbs returns to the town of Comstock expecting to find her father. What she finds is a love she thought not returned and a web of lies that entraps everyone in the little backwater town.
In Legacy of Lies Ms. Christiansen sustains the sexual and suspense tension throughout the book to the very last line. Fans of both mystery and romance will enjoy this tale.

I really enjoy writing reviews. It's a whole new way of reading a book and I've found I get more out of it.
I just recently finished reading "Theft" by N.S. Koenings. It's a collection of five short stories by this author. They all have a different theme and are all written to force the reader to think. I really enjoyed the book and would like to read more by this author.
