Pre-release review of Journey to Redemption (coming Sept 15th)

Detective Morgan Reynolds thought her nightmare was over when serial killer Charles ‘The Slasher’ Tate was sent to prison for her husbands murder. But she was wrong. The Slasher has escaped and he’s making it even more personal this time. Tate has kidnapped her son and is giving her 72 hours to find the answers he wants or Jared dies.

From the first sentence in the first chapter I was captivated by this book and couldn’t stop reading till I was finished. Ms. Patrick has written a spine tingling , page turning novel. Please read Lynn's complete review at Books Books and More Books http://read-n-review.blogspot.com/2009/09/journey-to-redemption-by-anne-patrick.html. It’s also posted at Goodreads.

Available Sept 15 from http://www.roguephoenixpress.com/

I am on authorsden.com and am sending some copies of "Rebekah Redeemed" to the Orange County Children's Book Festival. They will be in the authorsden booth. Hope anyone in the area will drop by and visit the booth.

Diane I have a pen name which I like to use as A Ghost writer. I do not know why they call us that, but I think is because we write in the ghostly manner? By secretly? Or is it because someone has a story to tell and does now know how to put it on paper? I was wanting to get some of my works on a Pen name but can I still do it this way?

I've been a ghostwriter for about 4 years and have written 10 nonfiction books with 7 of them now published. It has been a great experience and has made me a better writer. For me, one of the most valuable lessons has been learning to give each of my characters their own voice. When I first started writing fiction, all my characters had one voice - mine. Are any of you ghostwriters? What kind of things do you see as valuable lessons learned from the experience?
