Drop by. Say hi. Find out why I hate pi. www.shelleydayton.com.
It's Fresh Content Friday! I've written down my grudge list against pi. I've also reposted a little ditty I call Making Chocolate Better. Which, by the way, you can win, along with a signed copy of Why Rita Hates Monkeys. Drop by, say hi!

Hello - I'm a newly published author with Eternal Press and my story Day 94 is set for release on December 7, 2009. I was hoping to get any suggestions on networking and promoting my horrific thriller story. Thanks!

"The Sixties" - a brief phrase that conjures up all kinds of amazing images...unless, of course, you weren't there! It was a time when "free love" was anything but, and there was a heavy price to be paid for messing with "sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll." Find out what coming-of-age in that magical era was "really" like in the outrageously funny novel ESCAPING INNOCENCE (A Story of Awakening) by Joe Perrone Jr. Meet David Justin, an Italian-Catholic, height-challenged youth, desperately trying to escape the bonds of sexual repression and adolescent innocence that dare to hold him captive in - yes, you guessed it - "The Sixties." Experience them for the very first time, or relive them again and again, but either way, for heaven's sake, don't miss ESCAPING INNOCENCE (A Story of Awakening).

A "Real" Man's Guide to Divorce is a humorous look at divorce from an admittedly one-sided perspective. Author Joe Perrone Jr exposes the myths and fallacies of this most painful experience in a light-hearted manner that will leave you in stitches. A bit of good advice and a heavy dose of laughter make A "Real" Man's Gude to Divorce a "must read" for every man headed down the road to marital division!

A serial killer is roaming the Internet, using sex chat rooms to find his victims. The only clues: a signature heart carved into each victim's breast (inside are the initials "J.C." and those of the deceased); copies of the New Testament (with underlined passages referring to infidelity); and fingerprints of a juvenile arrested in the 1960s. Enter Matt Davis, a plodding but effective NYPD homicide detective (hopelessly addicted to fly fishing - and chocolate) and his one-quarter Mohawk Indian partner, Chris Freitag, to whom he owes a long-standing debt of gratitude. Complicating matters for both of them is Rita Valdez, a spicy hot female detective, looking for "true love," and not too particular about where she finds it. "As the Twig is Bent" is an explosive thriller that rips the cover off the sordid underbelly of the world of Internet chat rooms, and propels the reader on a no-holds-barred journey toward its bone-chilling conclusion. CAUTION: CONTAINS SEXUALLY EXPLICIT LANGUAGE THAT MAY BE INAPPROPRIATE FOR SOME READERS.
